Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée en gestion de projet dans les énergies renouvelables.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement sensible au temps.
  • Maîtrise des aspects techniques, financiers et contractuels des projets d'énergie éolienne.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner l'équipe de vente élargie pour la préparation d'offres d'installation.
  • Définir la stratégie d'exécution du projet durant la phase de vente.
  • Préparer un budget de projet détaillé aligné sur la stratégie contractuelle.

YOUR TASKS

  • Act as part of the Extended Sales Team, supporting the preparation of turbine installation offers with a focus on project management aspects such as project planning, logistics and transport, project costs and contractual interfaces
  • Define the project execution strategy during the sales phase, to ensure the turbine installation approach meets operational feasibility and client requirements
  • Develop detailed execution schedule, resource plan, and risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution
  • Prepare a comprehensive and detailed project budget in line with the project scope, execution strategy and contractual framework
  • Lead negotiations up to contract signature of technical annexes and contractual terms and conditions with clients, in close cooperation with commercial and legal teams
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments identifying potential project risks and developing appropriate mitigation measures
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration between internal functions to ensure that the final proposal is competitive, costs aligned and consistent with overall project strategy and business goals
  • Represent Nordex organization to our clients by building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Built, develop and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and sub-contractors

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education : Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical…) Project Management, or a related field
  • Established track record in tender management, project management, or commercial roles in onshore wind, power plants or other large-scale infrastructure / renewable energy / construction industry.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment with a result-oriented mindset, in an ever-growing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, leading multi-disciplinary teams with confidence
  • Strong understanding of the technical, financial, and contractual aspects of wind energy projects / large scale infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management for large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts (in French or English) with clients, subcontractors, or suppliers up to contract signature
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and important financial acumen
  • Willingness to travel across France and Belgium for business (10%)
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power point, MS Project, Power BI), and a strong interest in AI project management possibilities & development
  • Advanced in French and English (written and spoken)
