Job summary

Burberry seeks a temporary Showroom Assistant in Paris to support the November Paris Market. The role focuses on creating an exceptional showroom experience, assisting during Market appointments, and ensuring products and spaces are presented with care and precision.

The assignment runs 27 November to 8 December 2026, 35–38 hours per week, with shifts 07:00–23:00, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. This is a hands-on, service-driven position, not a sales role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or front‑of‑house experience.
• Fluent French and English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Flexible availability for the full assignment and required shift pattern.
• Calm and professional when priorities change or the showroom becomes busy.
• Excellent attention to detail, with care for product presentation and standards.
• Comfortable collaborating within a large, multicultural team and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to clients, representing Burberry and our values.
• Support Showroom Management and Wholesale teams during Market appointments.
• Maintain exceptional showroom and visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
• Care for products through steaming, lint rolling, folding and organising samples.
• Support seasonal deliveries by receiving, packing and logging samples, organising storage areas.
• Contribute to showroom setup, daily operations and breakdown as needed.
