Job summary

You will join the temporary women’s pop-up store at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Paris. The position is full-time (35 hours per week) and runs from 6 November to 9 December, with daily tasks centered on delivering a premium customer experience and upholding Rains’ brand standards.

Fluency in English is required; retail or sales experience is a plus. We seek a proactive team player who communicates well, adapts to customers, and is flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, sales or service is a plus.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Show passion and excitement for the brand and products through storytelling and engaging communication skills.
• Uphold the visual display of all products in accordance with Rains visual standards.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow Rains’ policies and procedures.
