Job Description

About the role

As a Telematics Integration Project Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and optimizing our network of over 500+ telematics connectors, a number that continues to grow. You will specialize in GPS tracking solutions (also known as ELD in the trucking world), ensuring seamless data collection from telematics providers.

This is an end-to-end ownership role, requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with developers, customers, telematics vendors, product teams, and support teams to build, monitor, and continuously improve our integrations. Your mission: ensure flawless connectivity, maximize automation, and deliver exceptional reliability to our customers.

What you’ll do

Own & develop our telematics network:

  1. Take full ownership of the development, maintenance, and optimization of our telematics connectors.
  2. Expand and strengthen partnerships with telematics providers to grow our network.
  3. Act as the primary technical contact for integrations, ensuring smooth communication between vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Design & optimize integrations:

  1. Design scalable and high-performance integration solutions, working closely with developers to implement them.
  2. Continuously enhance integration processes to improve quality, speed, and automation.
  3. Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using KPIs and dashboards.

Support & enable teams:

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to product, support, and operations teams.
  3. Act as the go-to technical authority on telematics integration, solving challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical integration, telematics, or IT/data connectivity role.
  2. Experience in telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet management solutions.
  3. Strong technical skills:
    1. Experience working directly with developers and troubleshooting technical issues.
    2. Hands-on experience with APIs, Postman, SQL, and data integration tools.
    3. Understanding of ETL processes and system-to-system communication.
  4. Experience in customer facing roles: SDR, Account Executive, CSM, or Account Manager.
  5. Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership and drive projects end-to-end.
  6. Fluent in English and French (additional European languages like Italian or Dutch are a plus).

Nice-to-haves:

  1. Background in software development or scripting (even if not a developer role).
  2. Prior experience working in a high-growth SaaS or logistics/transportation environment.
