Reporting to the TeleMarketing Manager, the Tele Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers for the company's products, systems, and services via telephone or electronic means in an assigned territory, industry, or accounts. This role is hybrid, attending our office in Massy three times a week.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Having daily contact with customers, actively generating leads from new and existing customers via phone and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Managing leads for France, Maghreb, and other applicable countries.
  • Supporting lead pipeline development in coordination with the sales team and campaign manager.
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships and creating new profiles in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Generating and managing qualified leads and following up on opportunities through calls, emails, and social media (especially LinkedIn).
  • Independently managing X-Rite chat and the French sales hotline for inquiries.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Relevant experience in industrial lead management or customer service, preferably with call center experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for interactions with internal and external customers.
  • A sales mindset with a driven work ethic.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in both French and English at a high level.
