Job summary

Back Market is hiring a passionate Product & Ops Management Apprentice for our Telco track in Bordeaux. You’ll own an end-to-end mobile app project, collaborate with developers, product and ops teams, and ship improvements to customer experience and operations.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, learn through hands-on practice, and contribute to scalable, greener device experiences across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Excellent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Interest in product and project management with user-centric thinking.
• Curious and able to switch between big-picture and detail execution.
• Take ownership, ask good questions, and follow through.
• Organised, resourceful, and a clear, structured communicator.
• Data-savvy: read funnels, identify trends, form hypotheses.
• Team player: collaborate with engineers, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Bonus: PM/e‑commerce/telco/marketplace ops experience.
• You are enrolled in a French school.

Responsibilities

• Manage an end-to-end mobile app project from discovery to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Support discovery for future features using customer insights and analytics to prioritise with Telco PM.
• Drive delivery with the squad: write user stories, acceptance criteria, QA, and releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with Operations, Care, Content, Marketing, Design, Eng., and Finance.
• Monitor product performance and journey metrics; propose optimisations and run experiments.
• Support day-to-day logistics for Telco product lines, and suggest process improvements.
