Worldline is seeking a Technology Risk Leader to join Group Risk, Compliance & FCC, reporting to the Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. This senior role will shape how we govern technology risk across security, resilience, availability, AI and model governance, acting as the independent voice challenging the first line on design and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in technology risk, operational resilience or related control roles.
• Senior leadership experience in regulated environments (bank, payments, fintech, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of cyber security, change management, production stability and asset lifecycle controls.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning and model governance concepts.

Aufgaben

• Lead second line oversight of technology risks across security, resilience, availability and AI/model governance.
• Develop and monitor risk appetite frameworks with qualitative statements and quantitative thresholds; establish KRIs.
• Escalate material technology exposures to senior management and Board-level bodies with clear actions and implications.
• Oversee security risk management practices including vulnerability, identity and access, and incident response; assess governance and recovery readiness.
• Establish AI and model risk governance across the Group and monitor responsible AI use and transparency.
• Develop and enhance risk policies, standards, and dashboards aligned with frameworks like NIST.
