Qube Research & Technologies seeks a Technology Director in London or Paris to shape and scale our technical learning academy. You will partner with the CTO and senior engineers to identify capability needs and design initiatives that accelerate technical excellence across the firm.

You will lead internal conferences, Tech Camps, and community events, building a thriving engineering community. The role focuses on practical, measurable impact and driving a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical programmes or learning initiatives.
• Hands-on technical background with credibility to engage engineering teams.
• Excellent project and programme management to coordinate multiple initiatives.
• Experience organizing large-scale technical events and communities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CTO and technology leaders to identify strategic needs and develop initiatives.
• Design, organise and improve QRT’s technical learning programmes aligned with industry trends.
• Lead internal conferences, Tech Camps, Tech Summits and related events across QRT.
• Build and foster a vibrant internal technical community across CTO and business units.
• Develop learning resources, documentation and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Shape technical assessments and hiring standards to support growth.
• Cultivate relationships with senior engineers and executives to translate priorities into Academy initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen QRT’s technical culture and cross-team collaboration.
