Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex technical programmes in a tech organisation.
• Hands-on technical experience, with credibility to engage engineering teams.
• Excellent project and programme management skills, able to coordinate multiple initiatives.
• Experience organising large-scale technical events, conferences or community initiatives.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with senior technical leaders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CTO and technology leaders to identify technical capability needs and develop initiatives.
• Design, organise and continuously improve technical learning programmes aligned with industry trends.
• Lead internal conferences, Tech Camps, Tech Summits and community events across QRT.
• Build and nurture a vibrant internal technical community across CTO and business units.
• Develop learning resources, documentation and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Design and improve technical assessments and hiring standards to attract talent.
• Build trusted relationships with engineers and executives to translate priorities into Academy initiatives.
