Technology: Automic Workload Automation (UC4)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Automic Workload Automation (UC4) tools and processes.
• Manage and configure agents, workflows, and jobs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows for smooth operation.
• Address incidents logged in ServiceNow in real-time.
• Assist end-users with job scheduling, dependencies, and workflow orchestration issues.
• Perform system checks and maintenance for optimal performance.
• Document findings, upgrades, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with departments for seamless automation integration.
• Analyze data and customize processes as needed.
• Document issues and learnings for continuous improvement.
• Lead and train the team to handle issues independently.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expertise in Automic, SQL, Windows, Linux, scripting, and job scheduling.
• Proven experience with Automic Workload Automation (UC4).
• Strong understanding of scheduling concepts, job dependencies, and workflow orchestration.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ticketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
