Lead the Steam Generator Secondary Side Products portfolio across the Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia (EMEA-LATAM-Asia) markets. The role is accountable for defining and executing the technology roadmap, ensuring the technical, operational, and commercial success of the product line throughout its lifecycle.

The position combines engineering leadership, product management, strategic planning, and business development to deliver safe, high-quality, innovative, and profitable solutions supporting steam generator maintenance activities for nuclear power plant customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities And Expected Achievements

• Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 engineers and project managers, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define resource allocation and workload planning, including internal resources and subcontracting support, based on project and program needs.
• Ensure successful execution of technology development projects in accordance with Westinghouse processes and procedures.
• Define and maintain the technology roadmap and contribute to the organization's five-year strategic plan and Mid-Term Plan.
• Develop resource and capability plans aligned with future business and technology needs.
• Drive product innovation, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology standardization activities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes, technical standards, and quality requirements throughout project execution.
• Foster collaboration across engineering disciplines and global organizations to promote operational excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the technical focal point for steam generator secondary-side products in support of customers, project teams, and program managers.
• Support business development activities through technical proposal preparation and customer-facing discussions.
• Promote internal and external technical publications, benchmarking activities, and industry engagement.
• Capture operational feedback and lessons learned from field activities and integrate them into future product improvements.
• Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction indicators, and business objectives, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Support operations, qualifications, and customer interactions through occasional visits to customer sites and nuclear power plants.
