Job Description:

Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will deliver RDQ activities required for new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects, focusing on the consumer experience.

How you will contribute:

With support from a manager, you will organize and execute projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, communicating progress and risks effectively. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials following good manufacturing practices and HACCP standards, including activities like product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, and consumer test preparations. You will also write technical reports analyzing results to draw conclusions and recommendations, and create accurate consumer-led specifications.

What you will bring:

• Background in food science, science, or engineering, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
• Experience working independently and in teams, guided by a manager
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
• Proactive problem identification and independent solution implementation
• Technical understanding to interpret and analyze data clearly
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
• A consumer-centric approach to development activities
