Otis, a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service, is expanding its team and is looking for a Technicien de Travaux (H/F) to join our entity in Gennevilliers (92).

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Install new Otis technologies across your assigned fleet to enhance safety, reliability, comfort, and aesthetics.
  2. Perform repairs and modifications on existing elevators in various building types, adapting components as needed.
  3. Conduct wiring, brake adjustments, and door settings.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the elevator sector or similar repair/installation experience, preferably with travel involved.
  • Strong skills in electricity, electrotechnics, and mechanics.
  • Proficient with electronic and digital tools.
  • Committed to safety and professional integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Holder of a valid B driving license.
Conditions and Benefits:

Salary: Includes 13th month, seniority bonus (for non-managerial staff after 3 years), role-related allowances, and performance bonuses.
