It develops and produces at the Dörth and Wismar sites, and sales are handled by 14 international subsidiaries.

We are looking for a Group Manager (m / f / d) IT Support for our IT department to start as soon as possible.

There's plenty to do on board :

  • Technical and organizational management of IT support including process optimization
  • Ensuring the processing and resolution of support requests, faults and tickets
  • Responsibility for the client lifecycle, including procurement, installation, operation and disposal of IT equipment
  • Coordination of the administration of printing systems and their functions (e.g. print servers, printer drivers, scan and fax solutions)
  • Planning, implementation and management of IT projects in the support environment
  • Implementation of security measures in accordance with security concepts and regular system optimization
  • Advice and training for users and support in the use of IT systems
  • Management, motivation and further development of the IT support team

Your qualifications take us further :

  • Successfully completed IT-oriented training or a degree in computer science, business informatics or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in IT support and initial management experience
  • Sound knowledge in processing support requests and analyzing IT problems
  • Experience in client management and software packaging
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Knowledge of ITIL or comparable frameworks is an advantage
