A propos du poste :

Nous recherchons un.e Technicien.ne Support Applicatif MES (Manufacturing Execution System) en intérim pour une durée d'un an, afin d'assurer le support de premier niveau et garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’application. Ce poste implique un travail en équipe avec les équipes de production et les équipes informatiques expertes sur le MES.

Le poste est basé à Grenoble et le travail se fait en nuit selon un modèle qui alterne : 3 jours de 12 heures, 3 jours de repos, puis 4 jours de 12h, 4 jours de repos, puis 3 jours, et ainsi de suite. Les horaires sont de 19h à 7h.

Missions principales :

1. Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles en leur fournissant une assistance technique proactive et en partageant des solutions pour améliorer leur expérience avec le MES.
2. Fournir un support de premier niveau pour les utilisateurs du système MES afin de répondre rapidement aux incidents et aux requêtes sur le terrain.
3. Assurer le diagnostic des pannes et anomalies du système et collaborer avec les équipes IT et Digital pour la résolution des problèmes.
4. Superviser et maintenir les systèmes de contrôle et d’exécution de la production en conditions opérationnelles.
5. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de production via des retours d'expérience et une analyse des incidents récurrents.
6. Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation, telles que procédures, guides utilisateurs, rapports d’activité.
7. Former les opérateurs et utilisateurs clés sur l'utilisation du système MES pour accroître leur autonomie et compétence.
8. Participer à la mise en service des nouveaux équipements et logiciels liés au MES.

Prérequis :

• Diplôme de technicien supérieur (Bac+2/3) en informatique, informatique industrielle / automatisation ou en production industrielle avec intérêt pour l’informatique.
• Une expérience similaire dans le support technique ou l’administration de systèmes MES ou industriels est un plus.

• Connaissances en anglais.
