Job Description:

Workster collaborates with a leading multinational company seeking French-speaking customer advisors (M/F/D) to join its team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service.
  3. Handle customer complaints, propose solutions, and follow up within deadlines.
  4. Identify customer issues, analyze errors, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve or close support tickets.
  6. Document all actions, categorize cases, and report errors to the technical team.
  7. Update and manage all administrative documents related to the job.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in French (C1 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Experience in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical content to non-technical users.
