Job Description

Open to contractual staff: Yes, as an exception to civil servant applications. A contractual employee may be recruited for service needs or due to the nature of the functions when no civil servant application has been successful. The contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum of six years.

Responsibilities / Conditions of Exercise

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES:

  • Respond to user requests for IT tools provided by the Shared Information Systems Department (DMSI).
  • Ensure the implementation of solutions adapted to user requests.
  • Manage hardware stock, ensure sufficient hardware availability, handle obsolete hardware disposal.
  • Engage maintenance companies when hardware is under warranty and manage service interventions.
  • Deploy hardware and software across all sites managed by the DMSI.
  • Communicate relevant information to DMSI for smooth operation and communication within the department.
  • Manage the mobile fleet of the cities within DMSI.
  • Contribute to the objectives and development projects led by the service and the community.

Direct supervisor: Director of the Shared Information Systems Department

Internal relations: All services

External relations: Contacts with other communities and external agencies

Technical Means Specific to the Position

Computer and telephone equipment, office work, and telemaintenance.

Profiles Sought

Qualifications: Bac + 2 or higher in Information Systems and/or 5 years of experience in similar roles. Valid B driver’s license required.
