Annex: Job Description for Water and Sanitation Project Manager at Annemasse Agglomération

Over 600 employees work daily to serve residents.
The Water and Sanitation Department is organized into 7 teams with 115 staff managing 450 km of drinking water networks and 550 km of wastewater systems, providing quality service to 35,000 subscribers, producing 7 million m³ of drinking water, and managing a network serving 124,000 inhabitants.
Responsibilities include:
- Structuring the process for class A plan surveys:
- Drafting and overseeing public contracts for detecting underground pipelines and producing as-built plans in class A.
- Prioritizing pipeline surveys through multi-criteria risk analysis.
- Developing strategies for surveying existing or new connections.
- Improving procedures for responding to DT-DICT requests, integrating survey results into GIS, and ensuring plan transmission.
Managing public pipeline servitudes:- Serving as a reference for land regularizations and liaising with land and property services.
- Analyzing documentation related to work authorizations and private servitudes.
- Creating an inventory and multi-criteria prioritized plan for servitude regularizations.
Integrating class A plans into GIS:- Defining strategies with the GIS team for plan integration.
- Receiving, quality-checking, and integrating plans according to internal procedures.
- Centralizing plans from various projects and transmitting them to the GIS team.
Qualifications:
- Holder of a Bac +2 degree with good knowledge of water and sanitation networks.
- Understanding of legal regulations regarding pipeline installation and environmental standards is appreciated.
- Project management skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and good communication skills are essential.
- Discretion, impartiality, and a service-oriented attitude are required.
