Your mission?

Join Quadient as a Customer Service Technician and contribute to a variety of products: from parcel franking machines to automatic locker systems. This is a great opportunity to enhance your skills through the diverse projects assigned to you!

Your daily tasks?

  1. Call the client before any intervention or for any rescheduling of intervention.
  2. Install, maintain, and uninstall our High Volume solutions.
  3. Provide information for updating the inventory in the information systems and ensure reporting according to company processes. Participate in level 2 qualification and diagnosis.
  4. Conduct client training.
  5. Contribute to the improvement of products and processes by providing field information and proposing solutions.
  6. Ensure a technical and commercial relationship with clients that aligns with the company’s image and commitments, including contributing to the company’s revenue development (commercial indications, proposing service contracts, etc.).

Your profile

  • Technical diploma (DUT, BTS) or significant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong interest in technical matters.
  • Adaptability and autonomy.
  • Valid driver's license required.
