Qualifications

TECHNICIEN SERVICE CLIENTS/EXPORT

Context of Exercise:

Our Häagen-Dazs factory in Arras, based in Tilloy les Mofflaines (62), is looking for a Customer Service/Export Technician (F/M) on a permanent contract. The European Häagen-Dazs site has been near Arras since 1992, producing 75 million liters of ice cream annually for 94 countries.

What you will do:

• Interface between the factory and clients, maintaining strong, lasting communication with Group clients
• Receive and analyze client demand plans
• Follow up on orders and stocks with scheduling, supply, and quality departments
• Analyze finished product stocks
• Create orders and delivery notes
• Coordinate with the warehouse for pallet reorganization activities
• Manage planning and scheduling with transporters (maritime and land), and monitor invoices and related costs (waiting times, demurrage, detention, etc.)
• Optimize loading considering warehouse constraints and delivery priorities
• Handle export documentation (veterinary certificates, certificates of origin, packing lists)
• Manage disputes

What we are looking for:

With a degree between BAC+2 and BAC+4 in international trade, you have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain roles, ideally similar. You are fluent in English in a professional environment, possess solid computer skills, and are proficient in SAP transactions. You enjoy teamwork while being autonomous, demonstrate rigor, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under constant interruptions is essential.

Work context:

Daytime work from Monday to Friday with flexible hours. Possibility of one day remote work per week.
