Technicien Proximité VIP - ServiceNow / GLPI - English (M/F)

We are seeking a Technicien Proximité VIP to provide IT support to high-level users (management, managers, strategic teams). Missions:
- VIP proximity support (workstations, peripherals, mobility, video conferencing).
- Incident management and monitoring via ServiceNow.
- Assistance and maintenance on the GLPI tool.
- Fluent and professional communication in English and French.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer equipment.

Profile sought:
- Proven experience in proximity support, ideally in a VIP environment.
- Mastery of ServiceNow and GLPI.
- Good level of professional English (spoken and written).
- Excellent relational skills, sense of service, reactivity, and discretion.

Type of contract: CDI
Contract duration: 35 hours/week, daytime work
Salary:

• Gross salary: 2800.0 Euros per month for 12 months

Travel: Occasional
