Une entreprise leader dans la production de gaz industriels recherche un Technicien sur le site de Moissy-Cramayel. Vous serez responsable de l'exploitation et de la maintenance des unités de production, garantissant la continuité et la fiabilité des installations. Ce poste nécessite un diplôme technique BAC + 2 et un esprit orienté sécurité et service client dans un environnement de travail dynamique et collaboratif.

• Opérer des unités de production et réaliser des opérations de maintenance locale.
• Planifier, coordonner et superviser les opérations de maintenance.
• Assurer l'exploitation de la salle de contrôle des unités de production.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

On the Moissy-Cramayel site, the Operations & Maintenance team ensures the continuous production of air gases: oxygen, nitrogen in liquid form, and nitrogen in gaseous form.

Within this framework, your main missions will include:

General Mission

• Operate production units and perform local maintenance operations respecting safety, quality, and environmental rules.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and industrial efficiency by ensuring the reliability of installations, optimizing operational expenses (energy, raw materials, emissions, maintenance), and ensuring proper operation of installations (availability, automation, reliability, degraded mode operation). Participate in the plant's operational continuity.

For the Operations part:

• Ensure the control room operation of production units.
• Diagnose malfunctions and assist in their resolution.
• Monitor equipment operation, perform on-site maneuvers (start/stop machines, lockout/tagout, sampling).
• Conduct technical and operational rounds.
• Take on-call duty for operations.

For the Maintenance part:

• Perform Level 1 maintenance on installations.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and accept maintenance operations in collaboration with external companies, authorized organizations, and operations.
• Respond to daily malfunctions while analyzing and eliminating recurrent issues.
• Develop, consolidate, and monitor preventive and systematic maintenance actions using GMAO for anticipation and traceability.
• Perform diagnostics, participate in incident analysis, and implement related action plans.

Profile and skills acquired or to be developed:

• BAC + 2 technical diploma (DUT/BTS GEII, electrotechnics, mechanics, CIRA, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent).
• Interest in hands-on work and production.
• Technical knowledge in mechanics. Knowledge of industrial computing is a plus.
• Experience in process control.
• Strong safety orientation and customer service mindset.
• Interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Ability to handle unforeseen situations.
