Within the Central Methods of the Operations Department at Safran Electronics & Defense Montluçon site, you will report to the Special Processes Lead. You will participate in skill development, activity framing, and qualification of the site's Special Processes.
Responsibilities include:
Hold a Bac+2 degree (BTS/IUT) in a technical field. Your interpersonal skills, relational abilities, and overall vision enable effective cross-disciplinary interactions. Your rigor and technical interest contribute to change management. Patience, determination, and resilience are essential for medium-term project success. Knowledge of EN9100 standards, IPCA610/620 accreditation, and Green Belt certification are advantageous.
