Une entreprise mondiale de services immobiliers recherche un technicien HVAC pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation à Paris. Vous serez responsable de l'entretien, du diagnostic et de la réparation des systèmes HVAC tout en travaillant dans un environnement collaboratif et innovant. Ce rôle exige des compétences techniques solides, un engagement envers la développement professionnel et une passion pour l'efficacité énergétique.

Qualifications

• Minimum de deux ans d'expérience en maintenance et réparation de systèmes HVAC.
• Certification EPA Section 608 Technicien (Universelle ou Type I & II).
• Connaissance approfondie des procédures de sécurité en opérations HVAC.

Responsabilités

• Inspecter, maintenir et réparer des systèmes et équipements HVAC.
• Effectuer des diagnostics pour identifier des problèmes et déterminer les réparations nécessaires.
• Mettre en œuvre des programmes de maintenance préventive.

As an HVAC Technician at JLL you will perform skilled maintenance and repair service of building systems specifically complex heating ventilating and air conditioning systems. What your day-to-day will look like :

• Inspect maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment ensuring optimal operation and longevity.
• Perform diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and maximize system efficiency.
• Assist in installing new HVAC systems and equipment ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure safe and effective resolution of facilities issues.
• Maintain records of work performed including parts used inspections and preventive maintenance logs.
• Leverage innovative ways of working to improve processes and enhance service delivery for our clients.

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal or Type I & II).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in HVAC operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Commitment to continued professional development and learning.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Associate degree in HVAC technology or related field.
• Four or more years experience in a commercial HVAC environment.
• Experience working with building automation systems and energy management controls.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated ability to embrace innovative strategies for improving operational efficiency.
• Previous experience in a global or multinational corporate setting a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainable practices and energy efficiency.
