• Salaire: EUR 1850,00 - 2800,00

We are expanding our presence in Franche-Comté and are seeking a Technicien Motoculture Itinérant (H/F) for a CDI position covering the Haute-Saône area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer or dealership equipment at the customer's site
• Perform adjustments on machines prior to delivery or return
• Listen to, understand, and advise customers with technical guidance tailored to their needs
• Propose additional services and connect customers with specialists when needed
• Handle administrative tasks related to interventions (quotes, invoicing, payments)
• Manage your spare parts stock
• Act as an ambassador for the dealership, maintaining regular contact with clients
• Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure high-quality service
• Participate in handling complaints and addressing customer needs

Candidate Profile:

• Comfortable with customer interaction
• Adaptable to fluctuating workloads
• Invested, rigorous, with technical documentation reading skills
• Proficient in mechanics, electrical/hydraulic systems
• Qualified in motoculture mechanics (Bac Pro, BTS, etc.)
• Experience as a mechanic, preferably with John Deere equipment
• Familiar with Service ADVISOR
• Eager to join the Expert Jardin adventure

Compensation:

• Salary to be determined based on profile, with overtime paid
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM
• Company vehicle provided for travel

Work Environment:

The sector will be defined based on your location in Franche-Comté. You will operate autonomously within your sector, reporting to a team in Burgundy that will oversee your activities. Expert Jardin is a human-sized company (90 employees) with a family-oriented atmosphere. Join us!
