Description du poste

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc.).
  2. Ensure accurate and real-time reporting of work performed at the equipment level to maintain the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification systems.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users on site by demonstrating an ambassador attitude.
  4. Ensure equipment safety and performance.
  5. Manage the site environment during service operations.
  6. Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor.
  7. Take immediate action on site in case of high risk and follow escalation procedures.
  8. Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, obtain approval if not covered by the contract, and perform repairs.

Service Operations

  1. Ensure end-user and site safety.
  2. Maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Follow safe working practices and carry out operations according to maintenance and safety instructions.
  4. Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, repairs) respecting schedules, time limits, quality standards, and processes.
  5. Plan workload effectively in coordination with the service supervisor.
  6. Report sales leads to the supervisor.
  7. Provide precise and timely back reporting of work done.
  8. Submit timesheets based on execution.
  9. Manage proximity stock (inventory, transfers), identify spare parts needs, and request spares from the supervisor.
  10. Maintain and ensure the safety of service tooling, vehicle, and instruments.
  11. Contribute to product, method, and safety improvements through feedback to PCM organization and supervisor.

Leadership / People Management

  1. Regularly update the supervisor on relevant information.
  2. Familiarize with all aspects of lift and associated technology, attending proposed training.
  3. Provide training or coaching to nominated persons as required by the supervisor.
