Une entreprise reconnue dans le secteur des ascenseurs recrute un technicien de service en Full-Time à Nantes. Le poste implique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour garantir leur satisfaction, tout en respectant des normes de sécurité strictes. Vos responsabilités incluront la gestion des réparations inopinées et le rapport des travaux effectués.
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive, precise on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc.).
Ensures accurate and real-time reporting of work performed at the equipment level to maintain the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification systems.
Maintains excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons, and end-users by demonstrating an ambassador attitude.
Accountable for the safety and performance of equipment and managing the site environment during service operations.
Identifies site risks and communicates them to the supervisor, taking immediate action in case of high risks and following escalation procedures.
Identifies unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, contacts the on-site contact for approval if not covered by the contract, and performs repairs.
Service Operations:
Ensures the safety of end-users and the site, adhering to safe working practices and following maintenance and safety instructions.
Executes service visits (planned maintenance and repairs) respecting schedules, quality standards, time limits, and processes.
Plans workload effectively in coordination with the service supervisor.
Sales and Reporting:
Raises sales leads to the supervisor and reports work accurately and promptly according to the process.
Submits timesheets based on work execution.
Manages proximity stock (inventory, transfers), identifies spare needs, and requests spares from the supervisor.
Maintains service tooling, van, and instruments in safe and good condition.
Contributes to product, method, and safety improvements by providing feedback to PCM organization and supervisor.
Provides regular updates to the supervisor on relevant information.
Familiarizes with all aspects of lift and related technology and attends proposed training sessions.
May provide training or coaching to nominated persons as directed by the supervisor.
