Open to contractual workers: Yes, temporarily, not limited to civil servants. Contracts may be up to three years, renewable up to six years.

Key activities include:

• Preparing for interventions, diagnosing issues, and informing users
• Installing and testing hardware/software updates
• Handling incidents, updating incident databases, and ensuring equipment compliance
