Job Description:

Kinougarde, a leading home childcare services company in France, is seeking a proximity IT technician to support and maintain its IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing Level 1 and 2 support to internal users.
2. Qualifying, processing, or escalating requests.
3. Installing, updating, and maintaining workstations, IP phones, printers, and scanners.
4. Managing user accounts and monitoring scheduled tasks.
5. Maintaining hardware/software inventory.
6. Supervising network operations.
7. Qualifying new hardware/software and documenting technical procedures.
8. Deploying and renewing equipment within branches.

Candidates should have higher education (Bac +2/3, BTS, DUT, or IT degree) with skills in:

• Microsoft OS (Windows 11),
• Microsoft Office 365, Antivirus, Outlook Web Access,
• Active Directory,
• Network configuration (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

Additional knowledge in the following areas is a plus:

• Telephony (Genesys PureCloud),
• Hardware deployment,
• Microsoft Server tools (MS MDT, WDS, GPO),
• MDM solutions,
• ITSM and monitoring tools (GLPI),
• Networking (Routing, Security, VoIP),
• MS 365,
• ITIL fundamentals.

Position details:

• Permanent contract available immediately.
• Salary based on experience and profile.
• Based in Paris 15th, with occasional travel across France.
• Position: Agent de maîtrise.
