Job Description:

Support IT users at Montigny-le-Bretonneux (78) and Bellegarde (45) sites.

Manage the installed base (PCs, servers, VOIP phones) and updates via SCCM.

Supervise site network connections via monitoring console.

Monitor data centers daily.

Participate in IT budget planning.

Contribute to LEONI group projects, security audits, and hardware upgrades.

Handle helpdesk support, VOIP telephony, and smartphones (installation, diagnostics).

Qualifications:

• Bac+2/3 in Computer Science with relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Veeam, VMWare, Linux, Eye of the Network.
• Ability to adapt to different users.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Regular site visits (1 day/week).
