The Level 2 IT Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support to users both on-site and remotely. Their role is divided between regular presence at the main site in Bourges (France) and occasional travel to various sites in France, and occasional opportunities in Europe for technical interventions, deployments, or projects.
They handle the daily management of incidents and requests (Level 2), the installation and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, network connections, as well as the configuration of office and communication equipment (mobile devices). They work closely with the IT teams in France and the central IT teams in Usa to ensure the quality, continuity, and security of IT services.
With excellent interpersonal skills, they demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong command of office tools, Windows environments, basic networking, as well as asset and ticket management systems. Proficiency in professional English is essential.

Expected: 50% travel across France and occasionally to Europe
Salary: based on profile – E9 according to the classification of the metallurgy collective agreement
