Fabrication Technician / Weigher / Manufacturer

Location:

Alby-sur-Chéran, Haute Savoie (on-site)

Job Description:

You will join a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment: high cleanliness standards, 6 production platforms, 70 formulas.

Within the 'manufacturing' team of 20 members, reporting to the Production department, your responsibilities include:

1. Performing various weighing and manufacturing operations: preparations, weighings, fabrications, bulk transfers, cleaning;
2. Managing the advanced raw material stock;
3. Carrying out these operations while respecting productivity standards and maintaining safety;
4. Ensuring product quality and conducting in-process controls: verifying product characteristics, local vacuum procedures;
5. Identifying and documenting deviations during controls;
6. Responsible for cleaning equipment and facilities;
7. Documenting activities in required records (batch records, logbooks);
8. Monitoring performance indicators (breakdowns, cleaning, etc.).

Your technical knowledge will enable you to become a technical reference, including:

1. Potentially mentoring new team members;
2. Participating in continuous improvement plans (TPM);
3. Contributing to problem-solving and improvement projects (GSTD).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Holder of a Bac pro, Bac +2 in chemistry, process engineering, agro-food, or industrial pharmacy;
• Rigorous, autonomous, organized, with teamwork skills;
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, cosmetics, chemistry, agro-food);
• Working hours in 2X8 shifts.
