Based in La Courneuve, your role will involve maintaining and restoring mechanical tooling (pumps, cylinders, etc.) and specialized equipment (induction sources, heating rods, etc.) related to turbine and pump maintenance projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking the conformity of tooling returned from site
• Performing periodic inspections of mechanical tooling and overseeing the subcontracting of specialized tools
• Maintaining and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Updating control records in the tooling database
• Handling loads up to 15kg manually and using overhead cranes for heavier loads
• Managing and receiving spare parts for tooling maintenance
• Visually managing toolboxes, updating photos and part lists
• Ensuring 5S standards in the workshop (organizing tools, overall optimization, cleaning, safety, creating maintenance procedures)
• Mastering lifting equipment, forklifts, and related safety rules (slings, forklift operation, etc.)
• Adhering to EHS safety regulations

Required skills and training:

• CAP, BAC, or Bac+2 qualification in industrial maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, or equivalent
• Significant experience in mechanical maintenance with in-depth knowledge of standard and/or specialized mechanical tooling in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields
