Vous serez responsable de la gestion des besoins en CAD électrique, de la coordination avec les fournisseurs et de l'amélioration des processus. Le poste implique également la gestion de la charge de travail des équipes internationales et l'animation de la documentation CAD.

Job Description:

BUREAU D’ETUDES SERMA INGENIERIE is a design office specialized in developing embedded equipment for sectors with high constraints such as aeronautics, rail, maritime, etc. We are a team of 30 people developing products from client specifications to serial production. We are looking for an experienced Electronic CAD Designer (H/F). The recruited person will be responsible for centralizing and ensuring the smooth running of all electronic CAD needs of SERMA Engineering. They will serve as the liaison with suppliers related to electronic CAD and will hold a technical reference position on various placement/routing projects within the design office. The electronic CAD manager will ensure the quality of placement/routing and oversee the development of the footprint library.

• Lead CAD activities
• Provide technical expertise for PCB placement and routing (IPC, NF93713, CEM, ROHS, complex stack-up)
• Manage and create manufacturing files (deliverables)
• Manage the scheduling of all CAD projects at SERMA Engineering
• Manage the workload of SERMA International routers
• Handle quotes for all CAD projects at SERMA Engineering
• Manage CAD-related suppliers and subcontractors
• Animate the CAD repository
• Manage CAD tools for SERMA Engineering
• Improve CAD documentation and procedures

Proficiency in routing software (preferably CADENCE) and MS Office is required. It is highly recommended that the candidate actively participates in improving organizational and documentation processes.
