Ce poste requiert une expertise dans la conception de PCB et la gestion des ressources de conception. Qualifications

Job Description:

BUREAU D’ETUDES SERMA INGENIERIE is a design office specialized in developing embedded equipment for high-demand sectors such as aerospace, rail, maritime, etc. We are a team of 30 people developing products from client specifications to mass production. We are seeking an experienced Electronic CAD Designer (H/F). The recruited person will be responsible for centralizing and ensuring the smooth running of all electronic CAD needs at SERMA Engineering. They will act as the liaison with service providers related to electronic CAD and will hold a technical reference position on various placement/routing projects within the Design Office. The electronic CAD manager will ensure the quality of placement/routing and oversee the development of the footprint library. Responsibilities include leading CAD activities, providing technical expertise in PCB placement-routing (IPC, NF93713, CEM, ROHS, complex stack-up), managing manufacturing files, project planning, resource management, request handling, and tool management. The candidate should be proficient in routing software (preferably CADENCE) and MS Office. Active involvement in process improvement and documentation enhancement is highly encouraged.
