YOUR MISSION AS SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCE MANAGER

YOUR SCOPE AS SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCE MANAGER

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will lead Kolsquare’s social media, community building, and influencer marketing, creating impactful content and strategies that resonate with our audience and deliver measurable results.

As Social Media & Influence Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategy that increases brand visibility, builds community, engagement, and revenues. You’ll bridge content and communications teams, producing high-quality, social-friendly content (including videos & graphic design) while ensuring alignment with our global marketing goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Content, and Local Marketing Managers to bring Kolsquare’s social media strategy to life, leveraging analytics and creativity to position us as a leader in the influencer marketing space.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and execute Kolsquare’s social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, etc.).
  2. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest social media features and formats into our social media strategy.
  3. Digital Content Creation for Social Media:
  4. Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing priorities.
  5. Film and edit video content (e.g., interviews, reels, snackable insights) using mobile and editing tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
  6. Design & craft compelling social media posts and ads that drive engagement and inspire action.
  7. Coordinate with the content team to leverage existing content and make it social media friendly (snack content, shorts, animations…).
  8. Create & coordinate social media content on internal and external events.
  9. Community Building & Engagement:
  10. Engage with Kolsquare’s social media community by proactively commenting, responding, and interacting with followers and likers.
  11. Support employee advocacy by helping Kolsquarians improve their social media reach and impact.
  12. Build visibility on social media through collaborations with Kolsquare tribe members and ambassadors (partners, clients, investors, …).
  13. Influencer Marketing:
  14. Identify relevant K.O.Ls & implement collaborations to foster a thriving online community, engaging with our audience across all channels.
  15. Coordinate local & international Influencer Marketing activations.
  16. Analytics & Performance:
  17. Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure ROI.
  18. Report regularly on growth, engagement, and lead generation outcomes.

THIS ROLE IS TAILORED FOR YOU IF:

  1. You have 3+ years of experience managing social media and creating content for brands, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  2. You are fluent in English and at least one other Kolsquare language (French, German, Spanish or Italian; every other language is a plus).
  3. You have a strong command of social media analytics tools (e.g., Metricool, Sprout Social, Buffer…) and can use insights to optimize performance.
  4. You’re highly skilled in content production, including graphic design (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut).
  5. You have exceptional copywriting skills and a talent for creating engaging, on-brand messaging.
  6. You’re a creative problem solver with a proactive mindset, always looking for new ways to connect with and grow an audience.
  7. You’re passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and community building. Digital creators with their own channels are highly welcome!
  8. You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
  9. Are agile and flexible: the role will require you to react fast and travel occasionally within Europe.
