Vous serez responsable d'assurer la satisfaction client à travers la maintenance prédictive et préventive de produits. La maîtrise de l'anglais technique et des compétences en relation client sont essentielles dans ce rôle dynamique.

Qualifications

• Formation en maintenance ou en IT requise.

• Établir une relation avec les clients dès qu'une intervention est assignée.
• Analyser et résoudre les pannes rencontrées.
• Maintenir la flotte de produits par maintenance préventive et prédictive.

• Maintain the product fleet in your sector (predictive and preventive maintenance),
• Prepare reports related to your interventions for optimal client knowledge,
• Provide technical advice to clients for efficient product usage.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Background in maintenance or IT training,
• Proficiency in technical English appreciated,
• Strong customer relationship skills.
