Job Description:

EDF Renouvelables Services is seeking a Wind Maintenance Technician for its Hallencourt (80) branch, located in Hauts-de-France. The position is referenced as EN-24-3253 and was published on 20/06/2024. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in exploitation and maintenance or asset management, with a focus on wind turbines.

Location: Hallencourt, Somme (80), Hauts-de-France, France

Responsibilities include:

  1. Performing preventive, corrective, planned, and unplanned maintenance of wind turbines.
  2. Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, diagnostics, and component replacements, including testing and commissioning.
  3. Working on electrical and mechanical equipment in coordination with the centralized control center.
  4. Following maintenance and safety procedures, adhering to intervention schedules, and documenting interventions using SAP.
  5. Handling High Voltage (HTA and HTB) installations, including maneuvers, maintenance, and lockouts.

Qualifications:

  • Holder of a BZEE/GWO or BAC PRO/BTS in Electricity, Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of power electricity, automation, hydraulic circuits, and general mechanics.
  • Good understanding of High Voltage systems.
  • Familiarity with turbines from Vestas (a plus), Senvion, Gamesa, etc.
  • Autonomy, dynamism, and professionalism.
  • Work at heights up to 100 meters and electrical certifications (B2V/H2V/BR/BC/HCS) are required.
  • Proficiency in office tools and operational English; B driving license required for local travel.
