Job Description:
SAMSIC Indoors, an employment agency, recruits, trains, and supports temporary workers throughout their assignments. To support the development of our client's activities, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician specializing in energy systems to work in the food industry.
The position is offered as a fixed-term contract (CDD), with the possibility of becoming permanent (CDI).
Responsibilities include:
- Within the Energy Department, ensure the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy production installations. You will work on all energy production and distribution systems, including:
- Electrical: EDF delivery point, Factory TGBT, generator.
- Cooling/NH3: chilled water and glycol water systems.
- Heat: steam at 12/15 bars, superheated water at 180°C/105°C, and hot water at 65°C.
- Compressed air: networks at 7 and 8 bars, industrial and instrument air, water treatment.
Perform maintenance routines and propose modifications if necessary.Monitor energy consumption, track equipment efficiency and ratios, analyze deviations, and react accordingly.Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in energy production systems.Provide regular reports to management and alert them to any issues.Act as the primary contact for suppliers and service providers.The position is Monday to Friday during the day, with occasional night or weekend interventions.
Salary: €32,000 to €34,000 over 13 months.
