Direct supervision by Site/Team Manager.
Initial technical capacity assessment during the interview process to tailor the training program. Training courses ranging from 2 to 15 days for potential skill upgrades. A 30-minute e-learning module on safety. Safety orientation on the first day (workwear, vehicle). Pairing with a mentor during the first 15 days. No on-call duties before 4 months to ensure proper onboarding. Regional management integration, QSE department introduction, professional risk training, HR representative explaining payroll processes (on-call, allowances, timesheets, etc.), and electrical certification training if necessary.
