Rehlko seeks a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, installation, and repair for Lyon-area customers. Based at the Lyon service center, you will cover multiple departments and provide high-quality service on client sites.

You will advise customers on proper use and maintenance of our products, carry out start-up and commissioning, and contribute to automation and control projects. Strong customer service orientation and IT tooling proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics preferred.
• Experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance is desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Comfortable using IT tools and software.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment fleet.
• Install, commission, and test new equipment for customers.
• Advise customers on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and/or mechanical systems.

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to carry out the maintenance, installation, and repair of our equipment. Based at our Lyon service center, you will cover the following departments: 71/42/07/69/01/38/26.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service while meeting company standards and deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of customer sites, with a high degree of autonomy and a key role in customer satisfaction.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance visits on our installed equipment fleet.
• Advising customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment work.
• Adjusting, testing, and commissioning equipment installations.
• Performing start-up and commissioning activities.
• Contributing to the development of automation and control systems.
• Providing troubleshooting and emergency support to customers as part of an on-call rotation (on average, one week every six weeks).
• Reporting intervention activities and coordinating with Rehlko Services teams, including internal reporting, sales, and technical support.

Profile

• Ideally, a qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fields of electrical engineering and/or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Comfortable using IT tools and software.
• Knowledge of the generator set industry would be an advantage.
