Rehlko, basé à Lyon, recherche un technicien itinérant de service pour assurer la maintenance, l'installation et la réparation des équipements.

Vous effectuerez des visites préventives et correctives, conseillerez les clients sur l'utilisation des produits, réaliserez des mises en service et contribuerez au développement de systèmes d'automatisation.

Le poste exige mobilité sur les départements 71/42/07/69/01/38/26 et offre un package compétitif et des opportunités de développement.

Qualifications

• Qualification en génie électrique/électrotechnique.
• Expérience dans maintenance électrique/mécanique.
• Orientation client prononcée et bonnes aptitudes relationnelles.

Responsabilités

• Réaliser les visites de maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements.
• Conseiller les clients sur l’utilisation et l’entretien des produits.
• Réaliser des travaux de remise à niveau électriques et/ou mécaniques.
• Régler et mettre au point les installations.
• Réaliser les mises en service et les essais.
• Contribuer au développement de systèmes d’automatisation et de régulation.
• Intervenir en astreinte et remonter les rapports d’intervention.
• Assurer le reporting des interventions auprès des équipes.

Why You Will Love this Job

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to carry out the maintenance, installation, and repair of our equipment. Based at our Lyon service center, you will cover the following departments: 71/42/07/69/01/38/26. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service while meeting company standards and deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of customer sites, with a high degree of autonomy and a key role in customer satisfaction. In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance visits on our installed equipment fleet.
• Advising customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment work.
• Adjusting, testing, and commissioning equipment installations.
• Performing start-up and commissioning activities.
• Contributing to the development of automation and control systems.
• Providing troubleshooting and emergency support to customers as part of an on-call rotation (on average, one week every six weeks).
• Reporting intervention activities and coordinating with Rehlko Services teams, including internal reporting, sales, and technical support.

Rehlko generator sets provide reliable standalone power solutions across a wide range of industries, including Data Centers, Healthcare, Agriculture, Construction, Mining, Water and Waste Treatment, Transportation, and more.

Profile

Ideally, a qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics. Previous experience in a similar role within the fields of electrical engineering and/or mechanical maintenance. Strong customer service orientation. Enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships. Comfortable using IT tools and software. Knowledge of the generator set industry would be an advantage.

• Conseiller nos clients sur l’utilisation et le maintien des produits
• Réaliser des travaux de rénovations électriques et/ou mécaniques
• Régler et mettre au point des installations

• Participer au développement de systèmes d'automatisation et de régulation,
• Intervenir et dépanner nos clients dans le cadre d’astreintes (en moyenne 1 semaine toutes les 6 semaines)

Profil recherché

• Avoir eu une ou plusieurs expériences dans un rôle similaire dans les domaines de l’électrotechnique et/ou de la mécanique.
• Avoir le sens du service
• Aimer être en relation avec le client
• Être à l’aise avec l’outil informatique
• La connaissance du monde du groupe électrogène est un plus.
