Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all building equipment functions properly at all times and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate servicing and maintenance of all technical devices, and verify that lighting is operational during hotel inspections.
• Collaborate with health and safety staff to provide a safe working environment for staff.
• Maintain an overview of projects, even when multiple issues like heating and Wi-Fi failures occur simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training and initial professional experience.
• Enjoy working behind the scenes but also interacting with guests.
• Ability to work independently and interest in gas and water installations.
