Qualifications

• Expérience en rédaction technique et communication technique internationale.
• Fluent en français et anglais (allemand ou espagnol est un plus).
• Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de traduction et DITA.

Responsabilités

• Créer de la documentation produit technique en français et anglais.
• Coordonner le contenu de la documentation avec les développeurs.
• Traduire ou créer des textes pour les interfaces utilisateur.

We are looking for a Technical Writer (m/f/d) with talent for languages and a passion for IT to start your journey with Hornetsecurity France.

Your Job

• You will be part of a multi-national product management team and help build products in our security, backup, and GRC suite, as well as internal tools.
• You create technical product documentation in French and English using the Oxygen XML Editor.
• You coordinate documentation content with developers and the product team.
• You translate or create texts for the user interfaces of our product suite in coordination with the product team.
• You create product change logs and release notes for upcoming releases.
• You answer questions about documented products and facilitate knowledge transfer across departments.

Your Profile

• You are highly driven, goal-oriented, and a self-motivated team player who can deliver with minimal supervision.
• You have experience in Technical Writing and International Technical Communication.
• You are fluent in written and spoken French and English (German or Spanish is a plus).
• You can effectively communicate complex contexts, both verbally and in writing.
• You have experience with translation management systems such as memoQ or SDL Trados Studio.
• You are familiar with content creation with DITA and proficient in document structuring, respecting deadlines.
• Ideally, you are familiar with software development and SaaS products.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are good at researching information.
• You are a quick learner and eager to explore new technologies and ideas.
