YOUR MISSION

At Waagner-Biro Luxembourg Stage Systems, we don’t just train—we inspire! As a Technical Trainer for the C⋅A⋅T Stage Automation Control System, you’ll lead a transformative training program that empowers operators, clients, and our team to master our cutting-edge technology. Here’s what it entails:

• Global Onsite Training: Travel to iconic venues—think opera houses, theatres, and cruise ships—and deliver hands-on sessions. You’ll guide operators through the C⋅A⋅T system’s features, from basic controls to advanced automation, ensuring they’re confident and ready to perform. Sessions range from 1-5 days, tailored to venue needs and skill levels.
• Customized Digital & Live Content: Create and update engaging training materials: think interactive guides, video tutorials, and quick-reference manuals. Whether it’s a beginner’s crash course or an expert-level deep dive, your content will spark excitement and clarity for diverse learners.
• In-House Skill-Building: Welcome new team members with immersive workshops at our Rodange site. Over 2–3-day intensives, you’ll introduce the C⋅A⋅T system’s ins and outs, blending theory with practical demos to ignite their passion and expertise.
• Operator Support Hub: Be the lifeline for operators worldwide. Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with our R&D team to roll out updates or fixes—keeping every venue running smoothly and confidently.
• Showcase & Inspire: Take the stage at trade fairs and conferences with captivating presentations on the C⋅A⋅T system’s power. Plus, visit universities and theatre planners to demo our tech, forging partnerships and fueling the next generation of stage innovation.
