Description du poste

Technical Trainer - France

Our client, a global leader in media asset management — trusted by organizations like NBC, NASA, and the United Nations — is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team based in France, as they prepare for the retirement of their current technical trainer.

If you are fluent in French at a native level, passionate about the media industry, and thrive on sharing knowledge, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do

You’ll deliver training to both end-users and system administrators for our Galaxy platform, ensuring our customers can fully leverage its capabilities. You’ll be on the road (up to 80% travel), supporting missions that range from 1-day workshops to 2-month global engagements, including post go-live support.

Your Hybrid Skillset

  • Training & Facilitation: Confident in delivering both classroom and hands-on technical training.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with newsroom workflows, video editing, and media terminology.
  • Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Groovy), basic programming, and IT infrastructure.
  • Open to Train-the-Trainer approaches and content optimization (participant guides, labs, instructional design).

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level French and strong English; Spanish or other languages a plus.
  • Media industry experience—especially in newsroom or broadcast environments.
  • Adaptability to work with diverse teams and cultures around the globe.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
