Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions across various business units.
  • Lead technical workshops and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices, including declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning components, and APIs.
  • Ensure solutions are secure and scalable.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.
  • Support and mentor Salesforce administrators and developers.
  • Act as release manager for Salesforce implementations, managing risks and dependencies.
  • Manage integrations with external systems like MuleSoft and oversee data migration processes.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integration tools like MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security models.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in English.
