Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions across various business units.
- Lead technical workshops and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices, including declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning components, and APIs.
- Ensure solutions are secure and scalable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.
- Support and mentor Salesforce administrators and developers.
- Act as release manager for Salesforce implementations, managing risks and dependencies.
- Manage integrations with external systems like MuleSoft and oversee data migration processes.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integration tools like MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security models.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in English.
