Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions across business units.
• Lead technical workshops, ensure alignment with business requirements, and develop scalable, secure Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, provide technical support, and mentor administrators and developers.
• Act as release manager for Salesforce deployments, manage integrations with external systems like MuleSoft, and oversee data migrations.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate on translating business needs into technical solutions.

Experience:

• At least 7 years of Salesforce experience, including 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integration tools like MuleSoft.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in English.
