Job Description:

Your mission:

• After training in our systems, you will be ready to answer questions from our national and international sales partners and subsidiaries on remote monitoring and control of photovoltaic systems and the corresponding error analysis.
• You will be a competent technical contact responsible for supporting our French-speaking customers.
• You will provide support via telephone, email, or remotely for the installation and commissioning of our monitoring system.
• You will assist with and find user-friendly solutions for system setup in our Internet portal.
• You will develop and coordinate solutions to problems, potentially collaborating with our specialist departments.
• Executing customer trainings completes your responsibilities.

Your profile:

• Having trained as a technician in energy or communication electronics (or similar), you have experience in servicing technical products that require explanation.
• Excellent knowledge of French and English is necessary due to the international orientation; willingness to travel domestically and abroad is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
• You have knowledge in network technology and parameterization; knowledge of databases/embedded systems is advantageous.
• Confident handling of MS Office is expected.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and a customer- and solution-oriented approach.
