POSITION OVERVIEW

Within our technical support and integration team, you will be the primary contact for clients regarding technical issues (such as managing ad flows, API integrations, etc.), collaborating closely with all company teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by clients
  • Manage and follow up on client tickets, proactively or upon request
  • Maintain clear, regular, high-quality communication during incident resolution to ensure client satisfaction
  • Document and analyze recurring problems
  • Collaborate with external vendors, developers, and sales teams
  • Ensure website quality and identify issues affecting user experience
  • Support migration of existing flows to CoStar systems
  • Assist in configuring and validating new direct integrations
  • Manage technical communications with software providers (API, SFTP, XML, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally with research, product, and engineering teams
  • Contribute to internal documentation and support tools
  • Maintain the flow integration dashboard
  • Participate in team meetings and planning sessions

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, technical support, or equivalent
  • Experience in technical roles involving client contact (e.g., B2B technical support, software integration, technical account management)
  • Familiarity with internal tools, ticket management, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of structured data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
  • Understanding of data transfer protocols (API, SFTP)
  • Proficiency in English is required
